RS PRO RTD Extension Cable – 4 core, 5m

Introducing the range of RS PRO Platinum Resistance thermometer extension cables, ideal for use as a general-purpose extension wire and can be used to extend 2, 3 or 4 wire RTD configurations. The material of this extension cable offers high flexibility and is waterproof.
Most commonly used with the Pt100Ω thermometers but also suitable with other types such as Pt130, Pt500 & Pt1000Ω.
This extension cable has 4 cores and is silicone rubber insulated with 7/0.2mm tin plated copper conductors. The cores are twisted with polyester tape and nylon cord followed by a tin plated copper conductors twisted together with silicone rubber outer jacket. The silicone rubber material of the jacket offers heat resistance to 200°C has good electrical and mechanical properties, highly flexible, resistant to oils, acids and other adverse fluids.
The cores are colour coded with 2 x Red and 2 x White with a brown outer jacket and are supplied in 5, 10 and 25 metre reel lengths.
