The Nexperia BAS16 series of high-speed switching diodes are designed for general purpose switching applications which may require high-speed. They are also AEC-Q101 qualified and therefore suitable for automotive use.
The BAS16 devices are all in surface mounted (SMD) plastic packages, with different package options available.
