This microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 20MHz and features 8kb ISP flash program memory, 521bytes of internal SRAM and 512bytes of EEPROM. By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, it achieves throughputs approaching 1MIPS per MHz allowing the system to optimize power consumption versus processing speed.
