The CATU Arc Flash Face Shield is complete with a headband and the face shield can be used without a helmet. The shield protects your face and forehead from Arc flashes, electrical short circuits plus, has a protection of GS-ET_29 class 1. The complete unit is quickly and easily mounted to the head with quick head fit ratchet adjustment and has no metal parts. The face shield is made from polycarbonate and is anti-mist and anti-scratch treated. Your face is protected from solid particles to B level resisting a steel ball impact of 6 mm at 120 m/s. The shield and headband are comfortable and safe to wear and the visor can be worn in a flip up position.
