Camloc Swift and Sure Vari-Lift Gas Struts

From Camloc, a series of standard fit gas struts that are robust, reliable and easy to fit. The Swift and Sure Gas Struts are self-contained and maintenance free. Supplied charged to their maximum force during manufacture the Vari-Lift struts can be adjusted in-situ by using the Allen key provided. Simply insert the key into the Vari-Lift valve at the end of the tube and slowly release the compressed nitrogen gas until the desired force is reached. The struts are supplied as a pair with pre-fitted ball joint end fittings and optional eye end fittings. Except 14-28 sizes, these are supplied with just ball and socket end fittings.

Gas Struts or Gas Springs are usually referred to by their size coding. The most popular are; 6-15, 8-18, 10-23 and 14-28. The smaller number relating to the piston rod diameter and the larger number relating to the springs over all diameter of the tube.
